Inspired Helpdesk Agent for Enzo/Affordable/Sparx
This agent is created for the customer to provide all computers the ability to submit a helpdesk ticket. It runs in the system tray:
Click on the Open Helpdesk Window and it will run a pop-up window with the details of the system name and two options - Submit Helpdesk Ticket and Close Window

For the Automated MSI installer:
Main Folder:
C:\ProgramData\Helpdesk\
It includes:
a) InspiredHelpdeskAgent.exe (the Main Application)
b) inspired.ico (icon file)
The installer will create shortcut of the application "InspiredHelpdeskAgent.exe" to the users Startup folder. The application will run when the user login to their computers and will run in the system tray.
The installer will also create a shortcut icon on the users Desktop.
For manual installation:
1) Create a folder "Helpdesk" in C:\ProgramData\
2) Upload the two .exe and .ico files
3) Create a Shortcut and copy it to the users Desktop and users Startup folder
