3CX Webclient: Sending an SMS/MMS
SENDING AN SMS/MMS
- Ensure your extension has SMS / MMS enabled by the administrator
- Click on “Chat” icon > “+” > “Send SMS”.
- Type the contact name or number to send an SMS.
- SMS messages appear with a phone icon in the chat panel.
