Record Voicemail Greetings

Voicemail Greetings
In the “Web Client or Dekstop App > Settings” section, you can Record or Upload your Voicemail Greetings as well as Download or listen to your VM greetings.

Record your Voicemail Greetings
  1. Go to your WebClient/Dekstop App Settings 
  2. Select Greetings
  3. Make sure that your selected device is your Tap "Record Greetings"
  4. Enter your Audio File Name.
  5. Dialer calls with "Record File"
  6. Answer the call using your WebClient dialer and follow the instructions to record your voicemail greetings.
  7. If voicemail is successful, the VM's file name should appear on the drop-down menu.



Upload your Voicemail Greetings
  1. Go to your WebClient/Desktop App Settings.
  2. Select Greetings.
  3. Tap upload and choose your VM greetings file.
